A Summer Wedding at the Temple of Minerva, Bath- Jack and Isabelle
Tucked away in the heart of Bath’s Botanical Gardens, the Temple of Minerva played host to the most beautifully intimate summer wedding. With just 30–40 of their nearest and dearest, Isabelle and Jack chose to keep things simple, heartfelt, and honest—focusing on what truly mattered.
An Intimate Ceremony Beneath the Trees
The ceremony took place at noon, with golden light filtering through the surrounding greenery. It was warm, quiet, and deeply personal. The groom, naturally camera-shy, wanted to keep things low-key. So much of the day was centred around capturing the bride—the way the sunlight caught her dress, the delicate florals she carried, the way she laughed with her loved ones. But those in-between moments, when he looked at her? Pure magic.
Gentle Glances and Real Emotion
Though he shied away from the lens, his love for her shone through in the subtlest of ways. A soft glance during vows. A small smile when she walked past. It was in these unspoken exchanges that the story of the day really came alive.
Wedding Snacks Perfect for the Heat
After the ceremony, everyone spilled out into the gardens for an easy-going celebration. No formal three-course meal—just exactly what was needed for a warm day: sushi platters, crisps, cupcakes, and cold drinks. Beer in hand, champagne toasts, and the kind of relaxed chatter that fills the air when everyone is truly present.
A Day Full of Colour and Calm
The garden setting gave the day a soft, organic feel. Nothing over styled or too curated. Just greenery, dappled sunlight, and the most joyful energy. It felt like a quiet celebration of everything good—love, friendship, and summer in full bloom.
